Introduction of Air Rinser
- The ionised Air Rinsing System provide a total waterless rinsing system for cans.
- Patented designs.
- The first machine has been introduced in Year 1996.
Application of Air Rinsing System
- Beverages Industry (Cans), including Carbonated Soft Drink, Brewery, and etc.
- Pharmaceutical Industry
Type of Rinsing System
(1) Water Rinsing System
(2) Inoised Air Rinsing System
(3) Pulsed DC ionised air rinsing system
Water Rinsing System
- Accepted as Industry Standard
- Average water usage per single lane is over 1 million gallons per year
- Regarded as providing satisfactory performance for over five decades
- Simple to use and maintain
- Cleansing media: treated water?chlorinated water?or ozonated water
- Water rinsing is insufficient to thoroughly flush out foreign substances inside cans
- Criteria set by Coca Cola has proven that Air Ionised cleaning is more efficient than water by 25% to 40%
- Residual liquid remains and will affect product quality approximately 1.5ml left in the can
- Micro-biological contamination
- Water consumption and require waste water treatment
Ionised Air Rinsing System
- Widely used by beverages industry for the past decade
- Waterless rinsing system, no waste water discharge, environmental friendly design, conserve water
- Low pressure compressed air is blown into the cans to dislodge any foreign substances adhered inside the cans after de-palletization and conveying system mainly due to static electricity or originally presented, while cans are passing through ionised and vacuum chamber during this rinsing process
- All dislodged foreign substances are trapped on the replaceable filter and are visual and retrievable, this enhances quality control management
- To compare the ionised can rinse system with water rinse system, there is a saving of approximately 76% in operation costs.
- Eliminate the liquid residual problem.
- A water saving of about 2.2L per 100 cans.
- Clean and dry production environment.
- System is easy to operate, adjust, and maintain.
